These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Plan2Render website at plan2render.ai, the application at app.plan2render.ai, and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Plan2Render.ai (“Plan2Render,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service may from time to time be invite-only or otherwise gated. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or for non-payment.
2. Description of the Service
The Service uses artificial intelligence models and processing pipelines to generate photorealistic images, 3D models, and related visualizations from inputs you provide, including 2D drawings, CAD files, photographs, and reference images. Outputs are algorithmically generated and may contain inaccuracies, distortions, or hallucinations. The Service is a creative-assistance tool and is not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, structural, surveying, or code-compliance analysis.
3. Credits, Plans, and Payments
Access to image generation, 3D model generation, upscaling, and related features is metered using a virtual currency called “Credits.” Credits can be obtained by (a) signing up for a free or paid plan, (b) purchasing credit packs, (c) subscribing to a recurring plan that includes a monthly Credit allotment, or (d) purchasing one-time project passes. Pricing, Credit allotments, and feature inclusions for each plan are described on our pricing page and may change at any time on prospective notice.
Subscription billing. Paid subscriptions automatically renew on the interval shown at checkout (e.g. monthly) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.
Credit expiration. Credits included with a subscription expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Credits purchased separately as packs or project passes may have different expiration terms, which will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable, and Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once consumed. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at billing@plan2render.ai within 30 days.
Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy notice in addition to these Terms. Plan2Render does not store full payment-card numbers on its own servers.
Taxes. Listed prices do not include sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes. You are responsible for any such taxes that may apply.
4. Your Content and License Grants
“User Content” means any files, drawings, photographs, plans, prompts, text, or other material you upload or submit to the Service. As between you and Plan2Render, you retain all ownership rights in your User Content.
You grant Plan2Render a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, modify, and create derivative works of your User Content solely for the purposes of (a) operating, providing, and improving the Service, (b) processing your User Content through the third-party AI providers and infrastructure described in our Privacy Policy, and (c) generating outputs you have requested. This license terminates when you delete the relevant User Content from the Service, except to the extent we have already shared it with sub-processors that retain it under their own terms.
You represent and warrant that (i) you own or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to upload your User Content and to grant the license above, and (ii) your User Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and does not violate any applicable law.
5. Generated Outputs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, you own the rights you have in any image, 3D model, or other output generated specifically for you in response to your inputs (“Outputs”), to the extent such rights are available under applicable law and consistent with the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of Outputs for your intended use, including but not limited to building, planning, or permitting purposes, before relying on them.
Because of the nature of generative AI, similar inputs across different users may produce similar Outputs. You acknowledge that we may generate the same or similar Outputs for other users and that you do not have an exclusive right to non-distinctive elements of your Outputs.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:
- Upload User Content you do not have the right to upload, including content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or breaches confidentiality;
- Use the Service to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or that promotes violence;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract the source code, models, or training data underlying the Service;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, breach any security measure, or interfere with normal operation of the Service;
- Use the Service to generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their consent in a manner that is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading;
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute access to the Service itself (Outputs you generate for your own projects are not restricted by this clause);
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor User Content and Outputs and may remove or refuse to process any material that we believe, in our reasonable discretion, violates these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services and Sub-Processors
The Service relies on third-party platforms to function, including but not limited to Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Google Gemini and similar generative-image APIs (image generation), Meshy.ai (3D model generation), fal.ai (image upscaling), and Autodesk Platform Services (CAD file parsing). When you use the Service, your User Content and related metadata may be transmitted to these providers strictly for the purpose of providing the requested feature. A current list of sub-processors and the categories of data processed by each is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Beta Features
From time to time we may make features available on a beta, preview, or experimental basis (“Beta Features”). Beta Features are provided AS IS and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. Beta Features may have bugs, may process data differently from generally-available features, and should not be relied on for production work.
9. Intellectual Property
Plan2Render, the Plan2Render name and logos, the Service, its design, and all underlying software, technology, and documentation are owned by Plan2Render or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights in or to the Service are granted to you.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account through the application or by emailing support@plan2render.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if (a) you breach these Terms, (b) we are required to do so by law, (c) your account is inactive for an extended period, or (d) we cease offering the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability) will survive.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAN2RENDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY. PLAN2RENDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUTPUTS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, OR LEGAL ADVICE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PLAN2RENDER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF PLAN2RENDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PLAN2RENDER’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PLAN2RENDER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plan2Render and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your User Content, (b) your use of the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless an earlier effective date is required by law. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be the state or federal courts located in [Your County, Your State], and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plan2Render concerning the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms without restriction. Notices to you may be given via the email address associated with your account or by posting in the Service.
